I can't cope with my grief, I feel helpless in the face of my grief; all I want to do is bury myself and hide from the world; there is no end to my valley of tears and I don’t know how to get out again; in between I also feel anger which makes me feel guilty; other people don't understand me anymore and tell me to pull myself together but I am unable to. When I realised that dealing with grief is in one way or another an important part of many of my coaching sessions I decided to do a training as a grief counselor. Grief is one of the most difficult human emotions and can completely overwhelm us. Unfortunately, modern society prefers to ignore rather than respect it leaving us feeling isolated and lonely when we should be receiving warmth and help. Making your peace with what holds you in the past is not easy, but possible. I am there for you to accompany you on this difficult path if you wish. Let‘s find good ways to help you deal with your pain; learn to let go of a person you love without forgetting him or her; find your way back into life.
